THE SIBERIAN HUSKY



A Siberian Husky is a medium sized sled dog that has a thick coat[1]. They are part of a working group of dogs and are known for pulling loads in frozen terrain[2]. They have a mischievous temperament but are loyal and outgoing in nature[3]. They rank 14 of 193 breeds on popularity according to the American Kennel Club[4]. An adult Siberian Husky is usually between 20-23.5 inches tall and 35-60 pounds[5]. The life expectancy for a Siberian Husky is between 12-14 Years[6]
